"Well, everyone has probably had this happen once where your car will not start in cold weather and that is what happened to my wife Friday.  She took our SUV to work to make sure she could get in and out of the snow and with the cold snap that we have had – the car would not start (it was 1 degree that day).  She called me around lunch time and said the truck would not start.  She was frustrated and wanted to go to lunch.  I have a demanding job servicing clients. "ProvisionUS Road Side Assistance:  “My son called me in despair as he was driving his car, heard a "pop" and when he pulled over, noticed that radiator fluid was running down the back of the engine and onto the ground.  He did stop the car and called me, and had not overheated.  I called the roadside assistance on his behalf, and the process was quick and painless.  The operator taking my call made sure that "we were in a safe area" ie: out of traffic and out of harms way, which he was.  She took the location and contact and "tow to" information and said she would call right back with the tow company information.  She returned the call in 5 minutes and informed who the tow company was and that they would be on scene in approximately 45 minutes.  I met my son at his car and the tow truck arrived in exactly 45 minutes.  The grabbed the car and headed to my repair shop.   It is new years eve day and figured we would not see my sons car until the 2nd but the got the water pump and belt changed and he was back on the road this evening.  This service is great!  The people are pleasant to deal with and this happens to be the 2nd time I have used Road Side assistance in the last 3 months, on a different car, and the result was the same.  Pleasant!  I would and do recommend this to everyone!  Happy New Year!"

"Since joining ProvisionUS, I have been trying to explain to my wife how the Consult a Doctor program works.  Two weeks ago we got online and entered our information on the web site.  My wife is one of those people who does not like change and is very skeptical.  She has been sick with a cold and cough for a couple of days now and seems to be getting worse.  When I came home at lunch today, I decided it was time to put this Consult a Doctor thing to the test.  I got online and requested a call for her. I went back to work and about an hour and a half later my wife called and said the doctor had called, and guess what?  My skeptic wife was actually impressed with the entire process.  The doctor was very polite and very, very thorough.  The doctor spent about 12 minutes on the phone with my wife and even spent time discussing some other prescriptions that my wife is currently taking.  The doctor didn't think she needed an antibiotic but recommended some over the counter meds for her.  I would have to say that Consult a Doctor scored a home run with my skeptic wife today.

“Friday night as I was driving I noticed something picky in my left eye so when I got home I switched out my contacts thinking it was just  irritation caused by something on the contacts. It felt better after the new contact was in so I went on about my business thinking nothing else of it.

Saturday the inner corner was a bit tender and I thought it was because I may have rubbed it on Friday night, but about 6 p.m. Saturday night I noticed the eye getting very sore and red. Within about an hour I was back at home took out the contact again and realized I had a full blown eye infection of some sort. I went to bed and woke up at 2a.m. because my eye was almost swollen shut as well as hurting and tearing really badly. I put some artificial tears (Systane) in it and put warm cloth on it and got comfortable enough to go back to sleep.

I reawakened at 8.A.M. only to find that now I could not open it at all!  Now it is Sunday morning and the only thing I could think of to do is to go to the ER or an Urgent Care clinic. Then I remembered we had the Consult A Doctor Membership. We had not filled out the assessment yet so we got on the phone and Larry added me as a member, I filled out the assessment and put in a priority call to talk to a doctor via the Consult A Doctor website.

Now remember, this is 8:30 on a Sunday morning......

Ten minutes later I received a call from the Consult A Doctor physician who asked me several questions about my symptoms and I described them to him. He then called in a prescription to my local CVS Pharmacy for eye drops. In fact the pharmacy did not open until ten so the Dr called me back to let me know I would not be able to pick it up for another hour.

I don't get that kind of personal attention from my family doctor whom I have been seeing over ten years! In fact, I have had to call them several times to see if they have even phoned in a prescription for me after an office visit.

All I can say is AMAZING!! I have had these infections before and have always ended up in an ER with them because they are so painful. I cannot even begin to explain how absolutely awesome this whole experience was beginning to end!

It was so easy and the Consult A Doctor staff and Physician were phenomenal. I was skeptical when we joined, but I am now absolutely convinced everyone can use and needs this service. One call just saved me hundreds of dollars.
